It will cause corrosion on aluminum heat-sinks, usable only with nickel/chrome plated ones. https://noctua.at/en/nt-h1.html will do just as good job.

It's laptop. The thermal pipe doesnt seem to be connected to aluminum heatsink and the part which is connected to cpu is made of copper. It's safe then?

No, only chrome/nickel contact surfaces are not affected.
