I bought ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR 2 GL704GW and i have huge problems with thermals (noticed that after 4th month of usage - laptop is around 6 months old) and my CPU i7 8750H is going up to 100-105 degrees celsius and 115W RTX 2070 up to 87 degrees... I opened it up, cleaned if from dust, repasted all (including CPU/GPU/GPU MEMORY, POWER UNITS ETC...) with Arctic MX-4 and undervolted CPU by -100mV... Didn't get a single percentage of improvment... So what i am planing to do is buying 5-6 fan cooling pad for max airflow and OPOLAR Vacuum cooler... I also planned to buy better thermal paste if there is any of them available cuz Arctic silver mx4 for me is rly good paste...
SO MY QUESTIONS ARE:
  1. Do you think that Liquid metal such as Thermal Grizzly condoctonaut can help?
  2. Do you think that High performance cooling pad in combo with vacuum cooler can help to reach lower temps? (I am aiming for max 85-88 celsius for CPU and 80 for gpu)

Arctic MX-4 and Arctic Silver (Usually Arctic Silver 5) are from different companies FYI.

MX-4 is a decent cost/performance paste, but certainly far from the best.

Liquid metal is certainly top marks for thermal conductivity, but is dangerous in a laptop. If the metal gets out it could easily short something. Since laptops tend towards bare die cooling, this is even more likely.

Thermal Grizzlies other products are more standard, but are also intended for enthusiasts who don't mind regular maintenance or are into extreme overclocking. More traditional compounds are designed to stay in place for years.

Not sure what a vacuum cooler is. Cooling pads are really to prevent laptops from getting starved by being too close to a surface and to help in getting hot air away from the system. They don't hurt, but they don't really affect the cooling capacity.

Your CPU temps seem very high indeed, I suspect poor contact in one form or another. Take a good look at how the thermal compound has acted after the cooler has been installed. A small copper shim might make sense if the mounting pressure is too low.

To be honest i dont care about changing thermal pastes... I am not a guy that changes paste every 5 years... Laptop is something that i care about so i dont have problem with buying new paste every 6/12 months and chaning it.... I ALSO FORGOT TO SAY THAT I AM USING LAPTOP ONLY IN ROOM I AM NOT WALKING AND TRANSPORTING IT (i should buy pc i know :/ )
So whats the best thermal paste that you can recommend me? Dont watch prices i dont really care about them I just want best possible thing that i can put inside my little baby <3

If the CPU is regularly hitting such high temperatures I still think something is wrong. Possibly a malformed or leaking heatpipe. That or contact is insufficient. low 90s is pretty common with laptops under a heavy load, but 105 is not. Or the CPU is no longer throttling to protect itself.

Thermal Grizzly Kyronaut is their top rated paste. I used it when I de-lidded my CPU (one hot core) Can't really complain. But as mentioned above, between the top performers the spread is 1-3 degrees.
