Best time in 2016 for a budget build

I'm looking to build my first Gaming PC this year on a budget and I'm assuming with the new GPUs being released the GPU market will shift into a cheaper direction. What does everyone think the best time for me to buy my parts and build would be? I was estimating about July or August. Will there be any price fluctuations I can look forward to? Just trying to get the biggest possible bang for my buck. Thanks x1000

Definitely July or fall/late 2016

Prices will drop for sure by then

I think you're right about the July-August time frame. That's when high school graduates are looking to buy something for college, and you see a good number of sales.
