Best time to buy PC Parts?

Hi just wondering where and when would be the best time to buy pc parts in Australia?
Should I be waiting untill later on in the year or if i have the money buying my part now?

Part prices don't fluctuate too much over the course of the year, so unless you want an amd video card right now, you're good.
