Best TN Monitor for gaming?

I have been looking at TN panel monitors for gaming. Please give me some suggestions as I am not looking to spend over $400. The four I have been looking at is the:

I am not really needing 3D because I don't personally like it so that's my reason of not officially going with the XL2420T. However it does have the 120mhz refresh rate but is it worth it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Of the monitors mentioned, I'd highly recommend the BenQ XL2420T over the others. I see nothing but good reviews on it for both 120hz and 3D gaming, which I personally love.

If you've never used 3D Vision or stereoscopic 3D using HD3D for gaming, you don't know if you like it or not. It is nothing like 3D movies. It's far better. There are a lot of games that support it. Close to half of my games do. If not more than half.

You'll also want to be able to reach 80+ FPS for a noticeable improvement over 60hz TN monitors. The biggest thing I notice is that games are more responsive with less latency. This results in lowering/removing motion sickness issues for me, on top of the fluidity bonus.

Some people really like the 3D feature, but it's more of a gimmick to me personally, since only a handful of games support it. Additionally, 120Hz is only worth it if your computer can regularly push out 120 FPS in games. You really need at least 90 FPS to make it worth while.
