leave them on default. if you know how bittorrent works you know it doesn't matter what client you use

I'm using Utorrent right now, but it is downloading with max 5 Mbyte/s. No limit in the settings.

You'll only ever download a torrent as fast as it's being shared by others and the amount of sharers you are connected to (and what port your using and your ip's traffic shaping)
