Mine is pretty much this one linked, except under a different brand name. I personally don't like moving arms as they can tend to sag making monitor alignment harder. Also I never seemed to move my monitors anyway. So aside from not being able to move the monitors, you can still rotate and tilt them. There is a free standing model available, but IMO clamps are so much nicer.

That looks like exactly what I am looking for. Is it also upgradable? As in, can I add on more monitors in the future such as maybe a triple monitor set up plus one or maybe a 6 monitor set up?
It's best suited for 2 or 3 monitors. However with only 2 monitors the arms may be visible if the monitors aren't large enough. Beyond 3 monitors, it is not expandable.
The model I linked clamps to the desk with a vice like mechanism. You don't need tools just about a 4 inch lip on the back edge of your desk. There are free standing models that have a stand.
They also have a clamp mount version that holds up to 32" dual screens and 3 27" screens. I have not personally used it but there have been good reviews on it.
