Best type of mobo for i5-4690 , H97 / B85 / H81

I'm wondering which motherboard type i should go for in my build ( not planing on overclocking )
should i pick an h97 , b85 or and h81 ? ( Z97 is not an option since im not going to overclock )

H97 would be "best" It has the most features and generally higher quality.
H81 usually follows.
B series boards are supposed to be intels "business" series, so they lack alot of extra features.
So B85 (similar to H81)
Then H81.

You may wish to consider a Z97 board if you ever plan to SLI or Xfire, you dont have to OC if you have it.
I also recommend the 4590 over the 4690, better price/performance.

You can't overclok with an i5-4690 anyways.

A lot of people forget that Z97 is more than just overclocking. Only (Some) Z97 motherboards allows SLI compability on Haswell chipset (Out of B85/H97 and Z97 chipset).
