best uATX board

So im trying to decide which micro board to pair with a e6750 and id like to hear what everyone thinks. Id be satisfied with a overclock up to 3.3Ghz. Stability is important. Features are nice but not necessary. The following have caught my eye;

The GigaByte, but download that bios upgrade the one reviewer mentions, its important for memory life.

The other two have poor/problematical LAN and sound. The Gig has a good sound/SB/LAN. Worth the peace-of-mind. Not to mention that with the bios update, its a good oc board.
