What specific issue/problem(s) are you dealing with or otherwise trying to resolve?

My sense is that you are seeking AV software that will both detect and remove a virus.

What AV tools are you now using or have tried? What is that "bad software"?

If you have a bunch of questionable "bad" content, you might be better served by a fresh install of Windows.
