Solution
Get a GTX 970, Intel i5 4440 and H97 motherboard, and another 4GB RAM. If you want another case, Corsair and Fractal Design make good cases but they're expensive.

Will all that fit in my case?
Can you link the exact motherboard you recommend?
What cooling would I need?
Thanks in advance

Stock CPU cooler will suffice. Under no circumstances would you ever need an aftermarket cooler since you won't, and won't need to, overclock your CPU. It will fit in most mATX cases and pretty much all ATX cases. I highly recommend the Fractal Design cases. The ASUS H97-PRO is a good motherboard.

Keep in mind that you do require a good PSU. Something like Seasonic, Antec, XFX, Corsair (HX/AX/TX) 550W.
