You most definitely need a new power supply. The one you have is really bad quality. To stay on budget you could do an upgrade like this. If you wanted to use the stock cooler you could get a Ryzen 5 3600 but the stock cooler is not ideal. To be sure the motherboard fits you'll need a mid-tower or bigger chassis. If you're reusing an mATX chassis, a smaller motherboard would need to be selected. Its an integrator 500w
Any site would do and is there a way to check what my psu is. Would that need upgrading aswell?Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Make and model of your PSU and it's age? Would you be good with PCPartPicker or do you have a preferred site for purchase?

No, but you're unlikely to be happy with the stock cooler. When the CPU gets used heavily and heats up the cooler fan can get annoying. Is the cooler an absolute must have?
