Its an integrator 500w
You most definitely need a new power supply. The one you have is really bad quality. To stay on budget you could do an upgrade like this. If you wanted to use the stock cooler you could get a Ryzen 5 3600 but the stock cooler is not ideal. To be sure the motherboard fits you'll need a mid-tower or bigger chassis. If you're reusing an mATX chassis, a smaller motherboard would need to be selected.

Since you have an intel processor now, here is a decent intel upgrade.
Your i5-4460 has 4 threads and a passmark raing of 4773 which is when all 4 threads are fully utilized. The single thread rating is 1885 that is quite decent and is what most games need.
A i3-10100 processor has 8 threads and a rating of 9021/2561. It goes for £109.10

Any lga1200 motherboard will do,
Here is one for £78.62

I would not go with less than 16gb of ram.
Here is a 2 x 8gb kit of DDR4 ram for £52.28

Intel is not dependent on ram speed for performance.
I total £240, leaving you £160 of your budget available for a ssd.

Here is a 1tb intel 660P m.2 nvme drive for
£114.99
