Best upgrade option

Following is my PC basic specs

CPU : Intel Pentium G3220 3.0 Ghz
GPU : Sapphire R7 250X 1GB GDDR5
RAM : G.skill RipjawsX 4GB 1333mhz

How do you think I should upgrade my build for playing games like Witcher 3, Far Cry Primal, GTA V and other present games??
What are the newer budget gaming graphic cards available?

get a better gpu card first like gtx 1060 or rx 470 ...
get 4 gb more memory it should have the sames specs of your actual ram to be compatible ..or buy a new 2X4 gb kit
your cpu will bottleneck your setup ...but i do not know your max budget?

Is there no way to not change my motherboard and still play those games? if I go for the next gen Skylake, I'll be assembling a new PC altogether.
I am thinking of selling my existing RAM stick for a rebate at a 8 GB RAM stick, Since I only have 2 RAM ports on my Motherboard (ASRock H81 PRO BTC). I think I wont need a GTX 1060 since my resolution is 1024 X 768. Maybe a GTX 750ti or a R9 270 should do the trick. I have no idea for the processor upgrade.
What do you think? I am from India and prices are relatively higher for these products.
