[SOLVED] Best upgrade - video editing build

4 years ago I build a pc for some video-editing. It still works fine for most stuff, but sometimes it is holding me back when using a lot of layers, effects or 4k-stuff. Scrubbing through the timelime gets very slow, sometimes even freezes completely. My pc also crashed a few times while rendering a big project. Although long render times don't really matter for me, the workflow is not as stable as I would like it to be. What would be a wise upgrade? I was maybe thinking a new cpu (+motherboard)? And maybe later a new memory kit? I don't know alot about this stuff, so thanks in advance! Here's my build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR4 2666 C15 2x8GB
MBD: MSI B350 PC MATE(MS-7A34)

Well the budget depends a bit on how much it will upgrade my pc. I'm willing to spend some more (like €400) if it will make a way bigger upgrade then spending a little less. I'm shopping in The Netherlands.
