Best US $70.00 budget case with 5.25" slot

Hello there, I want to build a new PC with spec as described below:

MB = MSI B360M Bazooka (micro-ATX)
GPU = MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X (length 277 mm)
PSU = be quiet! Pure Powder 10 600 W

I'm looking for a case with a maximum budget of US $70 which has a decent build quality and airflow overall, there's a 5,25" slot inside for optical drives, and if possible the IO is placed in front due to my case placed in a "cupboard" with a clearance height of 47 cm.

Thank you, too, for your help. I'm shocked to see H18 there because as far as I remembered it had no 5,25" slot, but yeah I loved the design.

As far as Thermaltake Versa H18 goes, it does not have external (or even internal) 5.25" bay,
