Best Used CPUs?

I'm looking for the best used CPUs. They must be under 200 on ebay and exceed maybe some lower end to middle end i7s. Suggestions? Motherboard has to be cheap also

Xeon E5-2670 its a AMAZING cpu and runs about 60 on ebay

Might get best deal on a combo of CPU and mobo - ensure that they inform you they work. Other than that the search is up to you

i would go with cdabc123 on this answer, BUT before buying check the quality and damage that the CPU may have
