Best value 1900x1200 monitor

Hi forum.

I need a new monitor, resolution 1900x1200 (do not suggest 1900x1080 monitors as these are way too wide aspect ratio and I am not considering them).

I realise monitors (especially smaller ones) with this resolution are few and far between, and I really am looking for a bargain here.

So basically, the cheapest 1900x1200 monitor available is what I want (Matte screen preferred, but this will not be a deal-breaker).

No brand-preference, as I said cheapest possible.

16x10's are getting tough to find sometimes. too many people don't know the difference between those and 16x9. if they did there might be more options. I love mine and after reading your post I looked. Don't see mine yet and all I saw were stretched and "bobbed" 1080p........... junk.

There are slim pickings for what you want but you may want to look at this one as it could be in your budget.

Thanks, but that monitor is 1600x1200 rather than 1900x1200, and therefore not actually wide enough.

Okay, have you got a price? Although 28 is rather large, that would be a pretty poor pixel density.

you'd have to google it in your part of the world and see what comes up. over here the last price i saw was about 260 American.

I've read that 28 hanns 16:10 isn't very long lasting. I am looking for similar myself.
