Best value cooler for overclocking

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good value cpu cooler for overclocking An i5 6600k?

I have a 6600k, and the Hyper 212 EVO does wonders. Plus it's under $30 bucks. For thermal paste, I would go with Artic Silver, not the one that is included. Haven't had any issues, and my CPU stays ~40-55 C even in gaming on high settings
