Best Value Cooling solution for AMD X2 5000 Black Ed

Any suggestions on what is the best value cooling solution for an AMD X2 5000 Black edition (I'll likely overclock 500mhz to 3.1).

Any $10-$20 am2 hsf will do. Even the stock cooler from another am2 cpu. Reason being is 5000+BE can be o/c'ed to 3.2ghz on stock voltage.

3.2 or 3.1? I saw the THG review getting it to 3.1 on stock voltage by just moving the multiplier to x15.5. Is that what you've done?

Yup, that's what I've done. 3-3.2Ghz.
