I have two PCs.

1.Main PC (used for single player games mostly) is a
Gigabyte B250M-D3H
i7 7700 3.6ghz
2x8gb Corsair vengeance 2400mhz ddr4
Gigabyte GTX 770 2gb
1xCrucial MX500 m.2 ssd 500gb
2 x HDD
650W Coolermaster MasterWatt PSU
Monitor AOC G2460P 144hz 1080p

2.My HTPC which usual gets the old parts from my main pc into it. usually. (used for split screen/2 player/co-op/ racing games)
MSi H77MA-G43
i5 3470 3.2ghz
4x4gb Corsair vengeance 1600mhz ddr3
Zotac GTX 1060 3gb
1xADATA 128gb ssd
2xHDD
Corsair VS550 PSU
JVC 4K TV 30hz (Cannot over clock the TV, I have tried) it can do 1080p 60hz.

Should I just swop the GPUs around and call it a day or what would you recommend I replace to get the most out of my monitor?
I am happy buying used parts, most parts are used in both systems.

Solution
Oh. I see what you mean. If I swop the GPUs around , I should ensure enough power for the GTX 770.
I am actually surprised that no one has said to get a better GPU to replace the GTX 770....

As long as the GTX 770 2gb gives you good performance on your games then there's no reason to replace it. I used to have two (for SLI) EVGA GTX 780 6gb (yes 6gb vram each) that I sold to friends a couple of years ago that are still going strong for 1080P gaming.

VS550 has not given me any issues. I have had it for 2 plus years.

Upgrading the gtx 770 to what other gpu?
Got the gtx 1060 for $68 barely used and 3 year warranty still left.

Yeah it is. I just wanna get higher fps because of my monitor, but maybe I should sell my monitor and get a IPS 75hz for example instead???
Since your mostly playing single player games an IPS/75hz screen could be a good improvement. I went from 24" 1080P/144hz/TN to a 34" 2560x1080P/75hz/IPS and absolutely love it for my single player & MMO games. Even competitive games play well enough on it that I can have a positive K/D.

UPDATE:

Sold my AOC G2460P 144hz 1080p for $187and I got a 2nd hand LG 24MP58VQ-P IPS monitor for $67 and I overclocked it to 74hz stable. Picture colour way better. Then recently sold my gtx 770 for $67 and was able to get a EVGA 1070 hybrid for $206 dollars, thought that was a deal.

So I think my setup is great now. Thanks everyone for the help.
