Right this moment I would say the 570/580 for "lower" end, and 2060 for higher, if the reviews aren't bogus.

Yes it trades blows with the 580 8GB until you OC the memory (which it easily handles). Cranked mine to +1000 and it has no issues with stability at all.

Value for the money I'd say RX 570. You didn't mention things like settings and framerate, so I'm assuming you aren't using a high refresh rate monitor or only play using ultra settings on all games.
