if you don't overclock, pbbly the cheapest choice for a decent quality board is asrock b450 pro4. followed up msi b450 tomahawk.

if you do intent to overclock, good choices is msi gaming plus. you don't want to overclock on a b450 system as the vrm is generally weaker. Even though asrock board is cheaper the VRM is horrible on that thing. it has almost double the Rds on in its lowside mosfet, generating almost twice amount of heat.

low end asus mb is not recommended for budget build as other mb maker offers more option, features.
of course Asus makes one of the best x470 is the crosshair 7 hero, but its very expensive.

gigabyte had some sales on their x470 gaming ultra board earlier, but now it's slight more expensive than msi board, and it uses a weaker vrm solution than msi board (msi 2.3 (2.8) vs igigabyte 3.2(4.0) milliohm)
