Best value gaming monitor for under £200

I've just built a nice rig and was looking to get a good value monitor that would compliment high setting games

I know very little about monitors and I'm in the middle of researching them now

I hear alot of terms such as IPS and response time thrown about when looking for a monitor for gaming but I don't fully understand them.
