Best value PC to edit Digital Video

Any recommendations of either a PC that's already equipped to edit
digital video or what I need to edit digital video? What equipment
is necessary? Any good values out there? I'm looking to replace my 4
year old PC.

You'll get the best value by building your own. You don't need an
engineering degree to build a PC, just the ability to read and follow
directions.

But since this topic comes up about a dozen times a week, maybe you should
try reading the archives of this group.
