had it in my build then i reviewed it and saw it crashes ur pc a lot when paired with a 3080

rm has different connection cables then the gtx 3080 no ?

RMx works fine with a 3080 not sure where you are getting to the different pins idea from. Even the Founders cards that use the 12 pin connectors come with adapters.
