Best video card for 300?

Hello I'm looking for a good graphics card for around 300 my current gpu is a gtx 780ti reference which always runs hot and sounds like an airplane...anyway any gpu around 300 dollars preferably not any blower style cards thanks.

$300 is kind of the vacant zone right now since AMD hasn't released a flagship card. If you look locally you can probably find a used 980 ti for about that price, but otherwise it's well worth spending the extra $100 on a 1070 if you're playing at 120hz+ or 1440p+.

Thanks I forgot about the 980ti and I'll look into that...I'm actually using a 60hz 1080p monitor right now so I could spend the money on a monitor instead I'm not really sure what to do but my current 780ti heats up my room and sounds like a jet that's why I was looking into a new gpu
