Best Video Card for Connecting to a 40 INCH SMART TV

Hi I need to figure out the best and cheapest video card out there that can be installed on my PC to connect to a smart TV 40-42 inches via hdmi cable as a second monitor in my office.. I already use ZOTAC 610 but I would prefer something better in approx same price range... any brand is OK,,,

As a second monitor, the 610 will do just fine. No point buying a better video card unless you plan to game or something that will use the extra power.
