Hi! My PC specs are: CPU DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E6850, 3000 MHz (9 x 333), Motherboard Supermicro C2SBA, 6GB ram DDR2, GTS 250 512MB., power supply Sirtec 450W 80+. BenQ 2220HD full hd monitor. I would like to buy a new video card but I don't know which would be most suitable for my system without bottleneck.
ZOTAC GTX 650 Synergy Edition, 2GB, GDDR5. 128 bit
Palit GeForce GTX750 StormX 2GB GDDR5 128-bit
Palit GeForce GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual 2GB GDDR5 128-bit
Sapphire Radeon R7 265 Dual-X 2GB GDDR5 256-bit
I don't have much money to spend and I don't want to buy a more expensive video card that would work like gtx 650 because of the processor (bottleneck).

ps: GTX 650 is much cheaper, almost half the price of others in the list above in my country.

Solution
gtx 750ti or r7 265x is the best among them the gtx 750 ti consumes lees power than 265 but 265 comes with a cool feature called true audio which enhances the sound performances in games .....but your psu is not a good one 450 watt from a good 80+ certified brand should have no problem running one of those cpu but that psu is quite shady......
