Best Video card for under $200

I've looked at the HD 7850, the 650 Ti boost and, once in awhile when a sale allows, a few 660's and HD 7870's.
I'd like to spend around $170, but is the performance jump for the 660's or the 7870's worth forking out 30-40 more bucks?

The GTX 650 Ti BOOST is only like 10% "worse" than the GTX 660. I'd just go with a 650 Ti BOOST (just make sure it has 2GB of VRAM if you are doing 1080p or better gaming). As for the AMD cards, I cannot vouch fot them or provide any reliable information, sorry.
