Best Video Card for Under $450?

Hey, I have recently built a gaming computer, and am currently using my old graphics card. I am thinking of getting a new one. I am willing to spend $450 on the card.

Which video card do you think would be the best for under $450? I will be mostly gaming and doing some video editing on the system if that matters.
