Best Video Card Under $80?

What's the best video card I can get for under $80? Something that can play games and dvd's nicely without going over $80. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

The Radeon LEs are nice, as are the GF2MXs. For the GF2MXs, try to get the "400" versions.
