I am looking to build a computer that can handle adobe Photoshop, Premier, light room and after effects, a few of them probably running at the same time to edit large files and video. My budget is around £600 please help

I suggest you ask back very soon when Ryzen 5 launches since Ryzen 7 has been excellent at this sort of work and Ryzen 5 is the cheaper lineup.
