Question Best video editing PC for Magic Vegas Pro + some games

Hey,

would be thankfull for your tips, if I didn't pick my parts wrong.
I'll play mostly Minecraft with shaders, League of Legends and ocassionally some classic Crysis, Crysis2 etc...for some nostalgia.
For video editing I'm not gonna make videos longer than 10 min, but they will be 4K, 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 in the future aaaand I'd like to heavily color grade.

CPU - i5 13600K (for iGPU and I don't feel like I need an i7 for a 5 minute render...)

Cooler - Arctic 360 II

Motherboard - (I'm still not set but this are few of my options...)

B760 GIGABYTE MASTER AX
I'm thinking about some Z690 boards aswell, but I'm too afraid to flash/update my bios...( I have no experience with it ), but I'm open to it, since the price is just too good lol

RAM - 32 GB DDR5, some RGB variant
GPU - RTX 3070 GIGABYTE
PSU - 750W PSU EVGA
CASE - Fractal Meshify 2

Also I want to swap all my fans for Arctic P12 aRGB

I'm wondering how confident you are on the 13500 releasing in the next two weeks in the US? I've been planning a much needed upgrade for a while so I've been waiting for it already. But I need a cpu ASAP and might settle for the 13400 if the 13500 comes out in a few months like the 12500 did. I also don't want buyers remorse when I get a 13400 and the 13500 comes out soon after. Thanks in advance!
