Best warranty and customer service in UK

I recently had a horrid experience with asus after trying to get my GTX 570 repaired as the bearing in the fans are on the brink and artifacts started appearing. They have said they wont do anything.

Bottom line I am either getting a 290 or 770 and will never consider asus again sadly due to there pathetic customer service.

Who would be the best for warranty in the UK?

I hear many good things about EVGA and am I right by saying there step up program is only available in the us.

Im lucky enough to not have to RMA graphics card in a while, but EVGA have a good rep for customer service.

OT: If you want to sell the 570 with the broken fan (assuming it works fine, just the cooler at fault) then let me know, as I have a reference fan/heatsink spare that I could fix.

I think its EVGA i am going for so would be a 770.
