Below is my favorite Dark Rock CPU air cooler. I currently own it. Only caveat I have is that the mini wrench tool is challenging to use on 2 of the 4 nuts, until you take a pair of needle nose pliers and bend the end at 90 degree angle. Then everything is a piece of cake. I couldn't quickly locate the specific YouTube video that previously taught me this trick in 2015. But if you end up buying this, I'll be happy to talk you through it. Great cooler, but for $10-$15 cheaper, I like the Noctua a bit more.
Those temps are ok, but why do you need a water cooler? You'd get similar performance out of a Cryorig H7/Hyper 212 EVO as opposed to a 120mm AIO and it would be half the price.
I don't have a personal recommendation for an AIO water cooler, as I've only personally used the EKWB Predator line, which unfortunately is discontinued. But if you decide to opt for air, the model below is great:
Well, if we're throwing out some names for our favourite coolers. Then for the price you can beat the "be quiet! pure rock", it's performance is every bit as good as the212 Evo and it's much quieter. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA85V58E9823
