Best way to clean gunk between groove of Razer Taipan grips

My dead skin cells are starting to build up between the Taipan grooves of the side grips. It's pretty common in most razer mouse. I used wet cloth, paper edges to dig out the gunk, brush, etc but it's hard to efficiently remove the dirt.

Anyone with tips to easily clean out the gunk without damaging the rubber grips?

A small gentle brush with some vinegar will work well. If you don't have any arts and craft brushes, a tooth brush always works fine. Just apply a bit of vinegar to it.
