Best way to password protect USB drive

Greetings all,

I'm in desperate need of some data protection on my flash drive ( PNY 64GB) in case of theft/misplacement. I've looked at "Encrypt Stick" and "DataProtecto" if either of those ring any bells. I'm wholly uncertain what to get; I want a password/PIN to pop up before I can access the files on the drive... Any thoughts on what the most trusted product might be? I appreciate any thoughts, thank you.

That's where I found "USB Safeguard" but it had some rather horrid reviews on PCmag and CNET. I also looked up the "Rohos Mini Drive" and didn't find promising results... Do you happen to use any of these on your flash drive(s)?
