Best way to purchase Windows 10?

Hey all, I am very close to assembling my first ever build and its time for me to start thinking about purchasing Windows 10. Where is the best place to buy from? I keep seeing sites offering Keys for under $30. Are these sites really legit? That seems like any awfully low price.

Also, here's a total new question for you. Whats the difference between 32 and 64 bit? Whats the advantage of 64 bit?

No, they are not legit.
Think of it like this....if you saw 16GB DDR4 RAM advertised for $30 new, would you run away laughing?
Yes you would.
Software is no different. Windows costs what it costs. Generally $85-$100.

32bit or 64bit? If you have more than 4GB RAM, you must have the 64bit OS.

If you want the full version buy it from the windows store online. It does tend to go on sale for around $50 on black friday.

The advantage to 64bit is it supports more than 4GB's of RAM. You want the 64bit for sure.
