Question Best way to store my favorite shows from usb flash drives

I have a collection of my favorite tv shows that I've downloaded onto usb flash drives. I'm looking to get rid of all these various flash drives and store them on one platform for easy viewing. Would it be easier to store them on a dedicated external hard drive that I could connect to my tv to view or store them on a hdd connected to my pc to view that way or is a plex server the way to go?

Number one on my list would be to have 2 copies of them all....through whatever method.

What's the approximate total size of all of these shows combined...in gigabytes or terabytes?

It's around 3tb total so far
