Question Best way to switch between a TV and a monitor?

I have a Samsung S95c TV in my living room and a Samsung Odyssey G70B monitor in my office. My PC with an RTX 4090 is also in my office. I want to set it up to be able to switch between using my PC on the TV or monitor (one at a time) without plugging/unplugging cables or physically moving the PC (which is what I'm doing now). The TV is about 50 feet from the PC. The 4090 only has one HDMI port. I want everything to run at 4k 144hz. What's the best way to accomplish this?

Make sure to check on the maximum length of HDMI cables. I want to say around 50-75' is about it, but off foggy memory without confirmation. Edit- 4K limit is around 10' without other hardware and ~30' for 1080.

If your PC has wireless capability, you may be able to cast to the TV assuming it also has said "smart" capability. The trick then, of course, will be control of the PC and what you are viewing from that far away.

I personally use the Logitech K series keyboards for my HTPC. If possible you might be able to run a USB cable to the TV through the wall or under the floor (etc) and control that way by way of the dongle for keyboard.

The TV is about 50 feet from the PC. The 4090 only has one HDMI port.

use the DP(DisplayPort) connection for the monitor,
use the HDMI connection for the TV.

measure how long of an HDMI cable you will need to reach the TV and verify that other users can guarantee any cable you find allows you to transmit 4K @ 144Hz over that length.
many cables that claim they are certified to handle the bandwidth do not actually.
and many will not allow HDR to be enabled so verify that also if you plan on using it.

once both displays are connected you can switch between them within the OS.

when going to the TV, choose it.
for peripherals you can choose a wireless set or just run USB cables alongside the HDMI cable from the desktop to the TV.
