Best way to upgrade?

I have the following home build:

AMD Phenom II X4 840
ASRock N68c S UCC
4Gb 1333 Corsair Ram
Sapphire Vapor-X 5770
650W CiT PSU
21.5" Benq 1920x1090 monitor

The only game I play is Starcraft 2. With Ultra (not extreme) graphics I sometimes get slowdown on the larger 4vs4 big battles where FPS falls below 10 and microing is a struggle. It only last for a few seconds though. The problem is I wanted to upgrade to a larger screen so it will put even more stress on the system. I heard Starcraft 2 is very CPU heavy.

With all this in mind, which would be the most sensible upgrade? Would it be worth it to sell the computer and do a full rebuild? I was thinking i5/6970/dell ultrasharp monitor.

Many thanks.

for what you have, you're probly pretty decent for now. A more modern video card (HD 6850 or GTX 460, both around $155-160) shoudl be all you need for 1920x1080 gaming.

the only difference between your 21.5" and a 24" monitor will be the pixel size, both will still be 1920x1080, with a few exceptions.
