best wifi card with dual band and atleast ac 1750 or higher

Im looking for a wifi card with dual band function, has at least ac 1750 or higher and can reach a router 5 to 10 feet away even through walls, without causing bad wifi performance and is compatible with windows 10 and linux but its okay if it cant work with linux
