Best WiFi Motherboard Sub 200/Or WiFi card?

I'm building a computer and I can't tell which to get. A mobo with WiFi or a standard mobo and a WiFi card.

If a WiFi card is the way to go I was thinking about getting this mobo;


Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($119.99 @ Amazon)

If not, I was gonna get a mobo with WiFi included, more than likely this one;

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V PRO ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($189.99 @ NCIX US)

Which is a better setup, and are there any cheaper mobos that include WiFi that have similar specs?

i would get an extreme4 and a wireless card. wifi cards can be had for cheap. almost all motherboards with built in wireless are just using a $15 laptop wireless card
