Best Wireless Multi-purpose printer?

As above really, I'm after a wireless printer/scanner and wondered if there was considered to be a particular 'best' in the field?

Good quality photo prints would be a bonus!

You should check out the latest line of AIOs from Lexmark (http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/product/type/home/0,6904,204816596_653293766_0_en,00.html). Most of them have wireless, they are a good value, and the print quality has improved a lot over prior Lexmark products.
