Hello I've recently been having tons of problems with wireless cards trying to get the best out of my 100mbps internet speeds.
The first card I purchased was a TP-LINK TL-WN851ND 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Adapter which I could not get to work for my life, it kept freezing on startup and when I eventually got to to the login page after restarting constantly it would not boot up properly for about an hour, so I returned this and got a refund.
The second card I purchased was a Edimax 7612pin v2 which again was working it wouldn't crash my PC and the first time I got a faulty product so I sent it back and got another "Working" version and it was giving me 6mbps and before on the faulty one it was giving me 40 mbps before it went faulty... so I have no ideas about why that is being the way it is, so I scrapped that and put it in storage.
I need advice I can spare around £40-50 on this new wireless card but I need a solid card that is known to work on windows 10 and has a big enough range to extend through 1 floor, also to support atleast 40-80mbps.
