Hello Everyone,

I am a Senior 3D Artist and looking for a Workstation/Gaming Laptop specially for 3D work.
Software i use:
Maya
Zbrush

Purpose: 3D Modeling & Animation Work (Gaming very less)
Country: India

Preference:
Budget: INR 1.5 Lakh (USD 2k) little flexibility is possible
Screen Size: around 15"
Ram: atleast 16gb but 32gb preferred
GPU: RTX (atleast 6gb but 8gb preferred)

Any good brand will work. I am open minded for your suggestions and recommendations.
Dell, Asus, MacBook etc

I don't mind purchasing online as well. Just suggest the best pick for long term use.
I have been using Dell 7537 (16 gb ram) from 2015 till now.

Any help is appreciated!

(16 GB/1 TB SSD/Windows 10 Home/8 GB Graphics/
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070/165 Hz) Gaming Laptop

Please guide me, which one will be better considering my uses of sofwares. I don't mind the screen size.

Merged your thread because it's on the same vein.

As for your question two posts above, AMD and Intel are going to be on par with each other. To answer the latter post that was merged, the higher refresh rate won't help much with content creation but if you're thinking of gaming then yes you're right to be fixated with high refresh rates. In terms of power for your workloads, you're fine with either.

Specially for 3D content creations. (Model, Texture & Sculpting) and Some 2D contents (Photoshop & After Effects).
10-12 hrs of use per day almost

If anyone has tested these with some 3D applications and benchmarks then even better.
Please suggest!
