Best x99 Motherboard

Hey guys, I need some reconditions for a x99 motherboard. my CPU is the 5820k.

ASUS X99-A, asus and evga are only 2 I look at anymore.. Both have lasted over 5 years in my past overclock builds.

best price/performance and my personal choice for 5820k: MSI x99S SLI PLUS

entry level: MSI x99S SLI PLUS

mid level: Asus x99-A

top tier: Asus x99-deluxe

best overclocker: Gigabyte X99-SOCForce

overkill, absurd quality: Asus Rampage V Extreme

feature packed (lots of bells and whistles): Asus x99-Deluxe

best m-atx x99 board: EVGA x99 micro

I may have said entry level, but the MSI x99S SLI PLUS is no slouch, it is an excellent board and it tops the charts in value, and it is my personal choice for your build. You can rest assured that all motherboards I've listed are of exceptional quality, although the same cannot be said for value. The rampage is an amazing board if you want to spend top dollar for the absolute best. I would recommend the x99-deluxe over the rampage because of pricing, but if you want to live on the bleeding edge of tech, and your not afraid to burn a $500 deep hole in your pocket, knock yourself out. I would not recommend the SOCForce unless you're doing extreme OCing with a custom water cooling loop, or are overclocking for and extended amount of time.
