Best z370 motherboard under £120

Most be comparable with ddr4 3200mhz, must allow me to over lock my i5 8600k to 5ghz and also compatible with an 1060 3gb

Sorry but you are not going to find a good overclocking Z370 for 120. Your going to need to spend atleast ~140.

I have had a 8700k@5Ghz on one of these.

Can this overclock to 5ghz

I'd be worried about the VRM cooling on that board.
