Question Bets streaming settings for my single pc setup

Hello,

I have been trying to find the best settings to stream fortnite at 720p at 60fps for a long time but i feel like i am always doing something wrong and i can sometimes feel input lag or stutters in game.
My pc specs:
ryzen 7 1700
gtx 1070ti
16gb 3000mhz ram

internet speed is 200 down and 12 up any suggestions to what settings to run and not impact my gaming at all?

That setup should easily stream.

What settings are you using? As gamers nexus just demonstrated in a recent video, there is little difference between low and high settings

I tried x264 once and it felt laggy and like i had a delay on my mouses input, so i moved to nvenc and it was better but my stream looked choppy and grainy, but i feel like my cpu should be able to stream this but the input lag put me off, i use atm nvenc new on max quality high profile and 6000 bitrate
