Better Brand of GTX 970

Which GTX 970 do you guys think should i get? (PS. Budget is not an issue)

EVGA GTX 970 SSC w/ ACX 2.0
or
ASUS GTX 970 Strix w/ Direct CU ll?

Which of them has the better performance and cooling?

ASUS seems better, but I don't seem to have any bad issues with my EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0 other than fan speeds being too high by default and having to turn down the fan speeds to reduce noise.
